This course focuses on nurturing the artistic and authentic voices of dancers, expanding their movement vocabulary, and fostering confidence and connections through creative exploration.
We provide a safe space where we encourage and guide our dancers to break through their perceived limitations and start to build their creative expression.
This course will push and develop the participants ideas of what they are capable of. We will work with a mixture of set activities that will build skills and techniques and open space work where we will dive into different ways of moving with music improvisation and connections.
